泰式綠咖哩
食材(2人份)
.綠咖哩醬35克
.椰漿400毫升
.雞胸肉250克
.辣椒2條
.魚露1茶匙
.茄子適量(選擇性)
.新鮮羅勒適量
作法(約10分鐘):
平底鍋內倒入些許蔬菜油用小火加熱。
加入綠咖哩醬(35克),拌炒2分鐘後轉小火。
倒入椰漿,慢火煮沸後加入切好的雞肉、
辣椒、
茄子、魚露和一茶匙的糖燉煮5分鐘。
用羅勒葉裝飾,搭配泰國米飯盛盤。 |
Green Curry
Ingredients (serving for 2)
• 35g green curry paste
• 400ml coconut cream
• 250g chicken breast
• 2 big chilies
• 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
• handful aubergines (optional)
• handful of fresh basil
Recipe
Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan.
Add 1 bag green curry paste (35g).
Stir-fry for 2 minutes then lower the heat.
Add coconut cream. Bring to the boil.
Add sliced chicken, chilies, aubergines,
fish sauce and 1 Tbsp. of sugar.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with basil. Serve with Thai rice. |
