泰式麻撒馬咖哩
食材(2人份)
.咖哩醬60克
.椰漿250毫升
.烤羊排250克(或雞胸肉)
.大蒜一瓣、薑10克、馬玲薯一個切塊
.魚露1茶匙
.適量的肉桂及腰果
作法(約20分鐘):
將切好的羊排及馬鈴薯油炸後,
加入麻撒馬咖哩醬(60公克)、
和切碎的大蒜及薑拌炒5分鐘。
加入椰漿煮滾後加入魚露燉煮10分鐘。
最後再加入5茶匙的開水拌勻,
撒上腰果後搭配米飯盛盤。 |
Massaman Curry
Ingredients (serving for 2)
• 60g Massaman curry paste
• 165ml coconut cream
• 250g roasting lamb (or chicken breast)
• 1 potato, 1 clove garlic, 10g ginger
• 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
• cinnamon & cashew nuts (for garnish)
Recipe
Deep fry sliced lamb and quartered potato, keep aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add 1 bag massaman curry paste (60g),
minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add coconut cream and 2 Tbsp. sugar.
Bring to the boil. Add fish sauce
and 5 Tbsp. water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cashew nuts and cinnamon.
Serve with Thai jasmine rice |
