雞肉沙嗲
食材(2人份)
.竹籤8支
.雞胸肉100克
.大蒜2瓣
.黃咖哩醬1茶匙
.椰漿60ml
.魚露2茶匙
作法:
把雞胸肉切成條狀後備用。
在湯碗中混合搗碎的大蒜、咖哩醬、
椰漿、魚露和糖(各1茶匙)。
用混合好的醬汁醃泡雞肉30分鐘。
接著將3~4條雞肉用竹籤串起,
放在平底鍋中燒烤。
搭配藍象沙嗲醬沾取即可上桌。 |
Chicken Satay
Ingredients (serving for 4)
• 8 bamboo skewers
• 100g chicken breast
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp. yellow curry paste
• 60ml coconut cream
• 2 tsp. fish sauce.
Recipe
Slice chicken breast into strips.
In a bowl mix pounded garlic, curry paste,
coconut cream, fish sauce and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
Marinade chicken with this mixture for 30 min.
Thread up three to four stripes of chicken on each skewer.
Grill in a big pan.
Serve with Blue Elephant Thai Peanut Sauce. |
