泰式炒河粉
每包泰式速食米粉包含有的食材有:
.泰式米粉150克
.羅望子醬150毫升
需另外購備的食材:
.一茶的魚露
.雞胸肉250克
.蛋1個、檸檬1個
.裝飾用的豆芽菜一把
作法(2人份):
先將米粉泡在冷水中,20分鐘後瀝乾備用。
在炒鍋中倒入2茶匙的蔬菜油加熱,
拌炒切好的雞胸肉後打入雞蛋炒熟
。加入米粉後倒入羅望子醬汁(一包),
繼續再拌炒5分鐘。
最後盛盤,並用豆芽菜和檸檬裝飾一旁。

Phad Thai Noodles
Ingredients contained in this pack
• 150g rice stick noodles
• 150ml tamarind sauce
Ingredients to buy separately
• 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
• 250g chicken breast
• 1 egg, 1 lemon
• handful bean sprouds for garnish
Recipe (serving for 2)
Presoak rice noodles (1 bag) in cold water for 20 minutes.
Drain the noodles and keep aside.
Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Stir-fry sliced chicken breast then crack in egg.
Stir well until cooked.
Add noodles then tamarind sauce (1bag).
Continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Place to a serving dish.
Garnish with bean sprouts and lemon wedges. |
