泰式椰汁雞湯
食材(2人份)
.泰式椰汁雞湯醬包35克
.雞胸肉200克切塊
.雞湯塊一個
.椰漿165毫升
.蘑菇8個切塊
.魚露1茶匙、萊姆汁2茶匙
.切碎的芫荽3茶匙
作法:
在湯鍋中煮開400毫升的水後加入雞湯塊、
泰式椰汁雞湯醬包和椰漿後,燉煮1分鐘。
再加入雞肉和蘑菇後繼續燉煮2分鐘。
然後加入魚露和萊姆汁煮開。
最後移開火源,用芫荽裝飾,倒入鍋中,趁熱上桌。

Tom Kha Paste
Ingredients (serving for 2)
•35g Tom Kha paste
•200g chicken breast cut into slices
•1 chicken stock cube
•165ml coconut cream
•8 mushrooms (quartered)
•1 Tbsp. fish sauce, 2 tsp. lime juice
•3 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
Recipe
In a large pot, boil 400ml water.
Add 1 chicken stock cube.
Add Tom Kha paste and coconut cream.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Add chicken and mushrooms, simmer for 2 min.
Add fish sauce and lime juice. Bring back to the boil.
Remove from the heat, garnish with coriander leaves.
Transfer to soup bowls, serve hot.
