泰式酸辣湯

食材(2人份)
.泰式酸辣醬包30克
.去頭的蝦子六隻(或250克雞胸肉)
.南薑20克(也可使用一般的薑)
.香茅2枝、少量辣椒
.芫荽根2個(選擇性)
.魚露1茶匙、綠檸檬一顆
.香菇8朵、雞湯塊一個

作法(約10分鐘):
將600毫升的水煮沸後,加入1個雞湯塊。
加入南薑、香茅、壓碎的辣椒、芫荽根。
煮沸後加入蝦子6隻、四等分切的香菇、
魚露,拌入檸檬汁。
最後加入泰式酸辣醬包(30克)再燉煮一分鐘就完成囉。

 

Tom Yam Prawn Soup

Ingredients (serving for 2)
• 30g Tom Yam chili paste
• 6 prawns headless (or 250g chicken breast)
• 10g galangal (can be replaced by ginger)
• 2 stems lemongrass, 1 small red chili
• 1 Tbsp. fish sauce, 1 lime
• 8 mushrooms, 1 chicken stock cube

Recipe
Boil 60cl water, add chicken stock cube.
Add sliced galangal, lemongrass, crushed chili.
Bring back to the boil.
Add prawns, quartered mushrooms
and fish sauce. Stir in lime juice.
AddTom Yam chili paste (30g).
Simmer for 1 min... Your Tom Yam is ready.
